Once, Yeh Rishta Kya Khelata Hai was known for its positivity but now it has turned into a show with extreme negativity and toxicity which is quite heart-breaking to watch. Here is why we think YRKKH generation 3 had the worst possible ending.

Abir’s death:

The worst thing for any parent is to see his or her child die in front of them and not being able to do anything about it. The makers could have easily retained Abir post generation leap just like they retained Kairav. We still can’t decode the reason behind a small child’s death.

Abhimanyu never got the love of his life, Akshara:

Even though Akshara moved on and accepted Abhinav, Abhimanyu always loved Akshara and yearned for her presence in his life. When he was extremely close to getting married to his Akshu, he lost his life. The makers could have given a happy ending to Abhimanyu-Akshara before taking a generation leap.

Akshara lost her family again:

The Goenka family abandoned her and the Birla family hated her. Atlas, her happy family picture with Abhimanyu and Abir could never get completed.

Aarohi’s death:

Aarohi has the most beautiful progression as a character in the show. From being the insecure sister to becoming an independent and strong lady who loves her family, Aarohi deserved better than the ending she got.

Ruhi lost both her parents and father figure:

No child deserves to go through so much trauma at such a young age. She lost three people in her life who meant the world to her.

It is high time that the makers realize that incorporating generation leaps without working on the story cannot save a sinking show.
