Her friend, Sara Khan from Lock-Upp, thinks that while the awareness about cancer has spread, Poonam chose the wrong way to do it.

Sara says, "She's a dear friend, but I can't agree with what she did. I was sad the other day, and now I'm upset with her. I think it's not right to play with people's feelings. Although more people know about cervical cancer now, she chose the wrong way to make it happen."

She also says, "There was so much chaos after the news of her death, and people are more interested in dead people than the ones who are alive. Everyone tries to find out why someone died more than knowing about the person when they are alive.

Poonam is my friend, and I know she is a bit crazy, that's why she's 'Poonam Crazy Pandey.' I'm glad she's okay, but I hope she never does something like this again!"
