The episode unfolds with the daughter informing Anirudh and the family that Jhanak's life is in danger. Anirudh's family advises Anirudh to send Jhanak back to Kashmir, but Anirudh tells them he can't let Jhanak leave until she recovers.

Jhanak gains consciousness. The doctor prescribes medicine for Jhanak, and Anirudh wants to get medicine for Anirudh, but his mother stops him. She also scolds Jhanak and holds her responsible for all their problems and Anirudh's changed behaviour.

Appu di and Anirudh are delighted with the news. On the other hand, Arshi and her parents are worried about her future and marriage with Anirudh. Arshi clarifies to her parents that her engagement with Anirudh will happen on the decided date. Arshi's mother advises her to back out from her relationship with Anirudh, but Arshi scolds her mother. Arshi's mother tells her to ask Anirudh to send Jhanak back to Kashmir.

On the other hand, Anirudh's dadi tells the family to do Sindoor rasam of Jhanak and tells Anirudh's mother to call Jhanak's aunt Srishti for the same. Anirudh and Appu di share a heartfelt moment where Anirudh tells Appu di to share her fruits of Jhanak, expressing his care for Jhanak. However, he tells Appu di not to tell anyone he brought fruits for Jhanak.

Everybody discovers that Anirudh brought fruits for Jhanak and is in disbelief to see Anirudh's excessive care for Jhanak. Anirudh dadi tells Jhanak to get ready like a married lady and fill Sindoor in her mang.
