Sangeeta Adhikary enters Colors TV show Mangal Lakshmi
Sangeeta Adhikary, who has appeared in many TV shows and web series, with her last TV show being on Zee TV, Maitree, is now set to appear in the Colors TV show Mangal Lakshmi. She will portray a grey character.
Commenting on her character, Sangeeta says, “My character's name is Sanjana, and she is divorced, residing at her brother's place. I stay with my brother because I need money, and I play a negative character. I don’t get along with my sister-in-law, Gayetri, or even Gayetri’s sister, Kusum. I argue with them constantly. There are two lead male protagonists, and I’m playing the aunt (Buwa) to a younger male lead actor. This role is completely different from my real life, but I am enjoying portraying these characters. My character will display different shades in the upcoming episodes, as the show has just started, and we are receiving positive feedback from the audience.”
